Board Members

  • Joseph R. Alosa : is President and CEO of Patsy’s Inc, Segway of Northern New England, Green Mountain Kenworth (VT), and Blueberry Ford (ME). He is also Treasurer/Principal of The Profile Group which includes Profile Motors, Profile Subaru, and Profile RV, and managing member of Yankee Trucks, Cranberry Motors (ME), Profile State Line RV (ME), and Profile Tractor & Equipment (ME). The aforementioned companies have served New England fleets for decades, offering fuel efficient gasoline and diesel vehicles and recently adding transit and medium and heavy duty vehicles that run compressed natural gas(CNG) and propane. Patsy’s fueling station now offers state-of-the-art propane vehicle fueling. Mr. Alosa serves as a Concord Hospital Trustee, Concord Airport Advisory Board member and Director of the Concord Boys & Girls Club. He is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School’s Executive Management Program.
  • Jay Joseph : is Field Services Manager for PSNH, with experience in a broad range of areas in the utility industry. He is currently responsible for transportation, materials management and warehousing, rubber goods testing, meter engineering and testing, investment recovery, Dig Safe, and the Reliability Enhancement Program for PSNH. Mr. Joseph also has previous experience in information systems development, vegetation management, business planning and benchmarking. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from Southern NH University.
  • Brian Pike is the Fuel Distribution Manager for the Bureau of Fuel Distribution within the NH Department of Transportation. He administers the Statewide Fuel Distribution System to meet the State's and Department's objectives relative to motor fuels, and the storage and distribution of other fuels. The Statewide Fuel Distribution System is authorized to sell motor fuel to all departments and institutions of the state, political subdivisions of the state, and eligible nonprofit corporations operating transportation under contract with the department of transportation. His experience includes being a Safety and Environmental coordinator for the NHDOT Mechanical Services (fleet), with the last 7 years as the head of Fuel Distribution. Brian has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Hampshire, and is a Certified Public Manager.
  • Timothy H. White is the Mobile Sources Section Supervisor in the Air Resources Division of the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES). The Mobile Sources Section Supervisor oversees staff and/or is directly responsible for the alternative fuels program, transportation planning and air quality (conformity), the state clean diesel program, vehicle I/M programs and MOVES modeling and other duties. Prior to joining NHDES in 2016, Mr. White was the Principal Transportation Planning at the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission in Manchester. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies.
  • Mike Whitten : is Director of the Manchester Transit Authority (MTA). MTA operates a fleet of 100+ buses in modes that include local public transit, demand response paratransit, intercity commuter express, and yellow school bus. The fleet runs on B-20 biodiesel and includes two hybrid electric buses used for a downtown Manchester shuttle service. Mr. Whitten has made the reduction of MTA’s carbon footprint a main priority since coming to the organization in 2007 and the use of alternative fuels has played an integral role. MTA is currently exploring opportunities to convert school buses to run on CNG. Mr. Whitten serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Passenger Transportation Association (NEPTA) and is the Chairman of the New Hampshire Transit Association’s Legislative Committee. He holds a BBA with a Business Management concentration from the University of Massachusetts.
  • Scott Zepp : is Director of Business Development of Consolidated Utilities Corporation, a Boston based company specializing in the maintenance of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations. He is an alternative fuel industry veteran with over 20 years of design, permitting installation and equipment supply experience in CNG, LNG & LPG vehicle fueling facilities. His experience includes public & private fueling facilities for customers across the US including Sunoco, City of Los Angeles, City of San Diego, Numerous Waste Groups, Transit Agencies, etc. Mr. Zepp is a founding member of the Granite State Clean Cities Coalition and the Massachusetts Clean Cities organization, and has Bachelor and Master Degrees from Southern NH University.
