Brian Pike
Brian Pike is the Fuel Distribution Manager for the Bureau of Fuel Distribution within the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. He administers the Statewide Fuel Distribution System to meet the State's and Department's objectives relative to motor fuels, and the storage and distribution of other fuels. The Statewide Fuel Distribution System is authorized to sell motor fuel to all departments and institutions of the state, political subdivisions of the state, and eligible nonprofit corporations operating transportation under contract with the department of transportation. His experience includes being a Safety and Environmental coordinator for the NHDOT Mechanical Services (fleet), with the last seven years as the head of Fuel Distribution. Brian has a bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire, and is a Certified Public Manager.
Jessica Wilcox
Jessica Wilcox joined the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services as the Granite State Clean Cities Coalition (GSCCC) Director in September 2017 and currently serves as Supervisor of the Mobile Sources Section. Wilcox has 20 years of experience in both the automotive industry and nonprofit grants management. She holds degrees in early childhood education and broadcast communications.
Scott Zepp
Scott Zepp is Director of Business Development of Consolidated Utilities Corporation, a Boston based company specializing in the maintenance of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations. He is an alternative fuel industry veteran with over 20 years of design, permitting installation and equipment supply experience in CNG, LNG & LPG vehicle fueling facilities. His experience includes public & private fueling facilities for customers across the US including Sunoco, City of Los Angeles, City of San Diego, Numerous Waste Groups, Transit Agencies, etc. Mr. Zepp is a founding member of the Granite State Clean Cities Coalition and the Massachusetts Clean Cities organization, and has Bachelor and Master Degrees from Southern NH University.
Jim Proulx
Jim Proulx is President & CEO of Proulx Oil & Propane in Newmarket, NH. Mr. Proulx has extensive experience in the propane industry and he oversees all aspects of Proulx Oil and Propane. Mr. Proulx is an active member of the National Propane Gas association as well as the Propane Gas Association of New England. He holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and an MBA from Southern NH University.
Karen Holden
Karen Holden is Assistant Director to School Operations at the Manchester Transit Authority (MTA). MTA operates a fleet of 100+ buses in modes that include local public transit, demand response paratransit, intercity commuter express and yellow school bus. The fleet runs on B-20 biodiesel and includes two hybrid electric buses used for a downtown Manchester shuttle service. Ms. Holden oversees the day to day school operation ensuring transportation for over 4000 students in the city of Manchester. Ms. Holden serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire School Bus Association, and is a member of the National Association of Pupil Transportation. She holds Associates in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Hesser College, Manchester, NH.
Cece Cushing
Cece Cushing is the owner and operator of C2 Alt Fuels, LLC in Auburn, NH. She's a mobile technician, ASE Certified in alternative fuels; traveling New England performing CNG tank and fuel system inspections and repairs, as well as LPG Autogas conversions and repairs. Cece has been working on CNG vehicles since 2009 and LPG Autogas since 2013. With about 500 conversions between the two alternative fuels under her belt, and maintenance, diagnostics and service work, she's kept fairly busy and continues to grow. Earning her CNG tank and fuel system inspectors license back in 2015, she is one of only 2 licensed CNG tank inspectors in the state of New Hampshire, and one of only 6 in the surrounding states.
